Nothing is more decadent than the two beautiful Tiramisu in a chocolate cup.

Reduce the pan juices and Strained it twice to make gravy.
The only thing missing at the buffet line up was probably my favorite, goose fat roast potatoes. You press this on a hot cast iron skillet so that the spuds caramelize on the edges.
The crispier, the better. I would make this for the family once a year.
Then we would eat dense fruit cake marinated in brandy and drink limoncello.

There’s Salmon Fish Head Curry, Fragrant Prawn with Nutmeg Mayo Sauce, Chicken Gordon Bleu, Homemade Chicken Roulade, to name a few.
The Roast Lamb is perfectly cooked, both tender, soft, and surprisingly delicious.
