She’s got that new hotel smell (yes, that’s a thing), a little sparkle in her sockets, and more smart features than some people’s apartments.
Room lights? Controlled with a tap.
Aircon? Whisper quiet and obedient.
Hotel info? One QR scan away.
The whole vibe? Like staying with a tech-savvy sweetheart who’s read every hospitality manual twice—and color-coded it.

When I stepped into the room, I had exactly one thought: “Okay, Marjorie, I see you.”
Clean, cute, and surprisingly clever.
Bright, airy, and spacious with a thoughtful blend of Penang charm—subtle, not overstyled—along with just enough modern touches to make it feel current without screaming “tech bro startup.”
Cleanliness? On point. No rogue hairs in sight. Not even a fingerprint on the TV screen.
The kind of clean that makes you instinctively take your shoes off and whisper, “I could live here.”
I even requested a late checkout to enjoy the cool, quiet space a little longer and get some writing done in peace.

Loved the thoughtful extras—Dyson Supersonic hair dryer and Philips steamer made getting ready feel like a breeze.
The Sound of Silence (And Not a Single Door Slam)
Ever stayed somewhere and counted how many people passed by your room based on flip-flop sounds?
Not here.
The soundproofing is solid—like “I could pretend I’m the only guest here” solid.
It’s giving isolation pod vibes, in the best way possible.
Sleep came easy—no hallway drama, no lift dings, no karaoke echoes from three blocks away.
Just peace, a cool room, and a very soft pillow that lowkey cuddled me back.
What’s Up, Iconic Marjorie?
Honestly, the hotel is still new.
While some enhancements are scheduled daily from 10 am to 6 pm, I hardly saw anyone or heard any noise, except the whisper of my aircon.
I had some minor issues turning on the TV, and the maintenance lady, Wana, dropped by to help.
It’s reassuring when a lady staff member assists—especially late at night!
While the team is young, and one or two may exude the nervous energy of a student giving an oral presentation, they’re trying—and that counts.
If something goes wrong, you get the feeling someone’s genuinely going to fix it with their whole heart.

She may not have the reputation (yet), but if she keeps this up, she’ll be everyone’s favourite before long.
