The All-New Annual Dinner Menu is not typical of that in other hotels and leans toward an exciting journey of taste with well-thought-out and deliciously spiced cuisine.

The chefs did a fantastic job serving mains. These dishes are luxurious for banquet-style dining.

Notable dishes are lobsters, prawns, abalone, fish, lamb, and chicken, perfectly cooked to the right level of tenderness and moistness. Every dish is delicious. Well done, chefs!
