For durian lovers, this was the perfect ice cream.
If you can’t get hold of the real deal, this is the closest you get to eating cheap durians.
Musang King ice cream is made of REAL Musang King durian flesh (6.5%).
How much is a pint of Nestlé Musang King?
Priced at RM25 (US$5.85) per pint, there’s a catch. Nestlé’s Musang King durian ice cream is only available in hypermarkets and supermarkets in Malaysia.
A 750ml tub of ice cream is priced at RM 25, making it more expensive than the Nestle La Cremeria (750ml) at RM 13.50
I buy two tubs each time that make the cash register ring at RM50.

Are there other durian ice creams on the market?
Other ice cream makers are, but Nestlé Musang King is more unique because the Durian is real.
Durian lovers will know if it’s actual Musang King durians or not.
I spend my money on yogurt and chocolate, so I’m a poor candidate for the authenticity test.
As for my mom, given that she had tasted more durians in her lifetime than I did eating chocolate – she still insists that the Durian Hutan of her childhood is the best.

Mom and I tried the ice cream ourselves, and our verdict is that Nestlé Musang King can turn a durian hater into a lover!
Not a durian hater. Let’s say I’m not a fan.
The ice cream is creamy and fragrant but a little sweet (?) Best of all, it tastes like real Durian in every scoop, like the original Durian.
Musang King is going for RM70 per kilo, and the Gold Price per Gram is $55.34.
The RM25 per pint is small, and everyone can indulge in this delicious treat!
