I recently went for a solo stay and came back refreshed, happy, and a little obsessed with their Sweet Bed by Ibis.

The hotel boasts 161 modern rooms, all designed for comfort, convenience, and chill vibes. Highlights include:

- Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi – binge-watch away
- Mini fridge and in-room safe – because we all need snacks and secure stuff
I stayed in a Deluxe Room and it was blissfully quiet, with excellent water pressure in the shower and bath gel that made me feel fancy.
The bed? Absolute cloud material.

ibis Kitchen is bright, spacious, and fully wheelchair-accessible.
Guests enjoy a tasty and satisfying buffet breakfast at ibis PJCC, the perfect way to kickstart the day.
Breakfast was a standout with:
- Freshly cut fruit and crisp salads
- Creamy scrambled eggs and perfectly golden hash browns
- Char Koay Teow Basah and Ee Mee – local flavors done right
Egg breakfast pastries are easy to make and delicious, perfect for starting your day.
Dinner from the à la carte menu didn’t disappoint either. My top picks were:
- Fried Chicken Pop – crispy outside, tender inside
- Signature ‘Ke Mari Nasi Goreng’ – wok hei heaven
- Spaghetti Aglio e Olio – slightly spicy for my taste but still tasty
Fried Chicken Pop and the signature ‘Ke Mari Nasi Goreng’ are delicious highlights.
Drinks are chilled, sweet, and refreshingly perfect after a day exploring PJ.
Facilities and Services
Even with a solo stay, I loved the amenities:

- Kids playroom – perfect if you’re traveling family-style
