Senior Chef de Cuisine, Chef One Keng Siew, and his team put together a lavish feast for the Christmas celebration.
For the savory dishes, Roast Turkey with Traditional Stuffing took center stage.
Warm hearty Classical Beef Stew with Carrots and Potatoes, Duck Breast with Orange & Cinnamon Glaze and Chicken Tandoori with Condiments.
There’s Crispy Whole Fish with Mango Sauce. For vegetarians, there are Steamed Broccoli and Mixed Mushrooms with Oyster Sauce and Chinese Fried Rice with Mixed Vegetables.

Review: I would pick this as a gathering venue for ambiance and the novelty of dining in a heritage mansion. As dining is on two levels, it is best to book ahead.
C’est Si Bon Restaurant, located in the hotel, is accessible by elevator. The food is tasty. My favorite is the spiced pumpkin pie!
