Stuffed with delicious feta and ricotta. It is served with asparagus, broccoli and a carrot purée in a riot of bright exciting colours.
Chargrilled Spanish Octopus
Gently chewy sweet flesh with a crispy smoky hint on the exterior.
Slow cooked marbled Iberico Pork looked deceptively like tuna wrapped in seaweed at a glance.
Vinegar, smoke and olives.
Incredibly quirky; with the mille-feuille paired with blue cheese ice cream!
